My name is Sion Williams and I have been Personal Training for over 12yrs. Before that I have competed in 100m, 200m for Wales, played Rugby Union for Wales U18’s and other high standard sports. I enjoy weight lifting and group exercise.

Working with clients I have learnt that the body is a complex machine with many integrated systems. These systems all need to work together for you to be at your best. Your body will adapt and react differently than anybody else’s and is influenced by many factors, including food, sleep and movement. The key to personalised training is that we takes the time to find out how your body is reacting to the current conditions of your lifestyle and what it really needs to function at its best.
